How We Work
01
Understand the situation
We assess the commercial objective, funding need, capital structure, stakeholders and execution constraints.
02
Structure the opportunity
We shape the transaction into a financeable proposition with a clear credit or investment narrative.
03
Identify the right capital
We match opportunities with relevant lenders, development finance institutions, institutional investors, family offices and specialist capital providers.
04
Execute to close
We support the process from mandate and materials through investor engagement, negotiation and completion.
Our Edge
Built on institutional experience. Focused on practical execution.
The Savannah team draws on senior experience across global banking, private equity, credit, insurance and capital markets, bridging the gap between capital providers and organisations seeking growth, liquidity or strategic transformation.
